Increasing numbers of killer whale individuals use fisheries

This study documents the increased number of killer whales depredating on fisheries between 2003 and 2018. Individuals belonged to two populations of two sympatric forms of subantarctic killer whales.

Young ambassadors for the protection of dolphins in the Indian Ocean

Des Ambassadeurs locaux ont été formés au suivi de populations de dauphins pour les répertorier et transmettre leurs connaissances aux populations locales.

The impact of climate change on roe deer

The lack of plasticity in birth timing in roe deer prevents the females that give birth relatively late in the birth season to adapt to climate change

The causes of the hoopoe decline after a spectacular population recovery

I built an integrated population model and showed that despite a high immigration rate in the first years, the productivity of the population has been in constant decline since the beginning of the recolonization

To predict the influence of variation in body size in a population of salamanders

I showed how the influence of variation in selective pressures acting on body size on population dynamics can be predicted, even from limited data.

The decline of the lapwing in Europe

This study showed that protective measures did not halt the decline of the lapwing in Europe. The productivity of the population remained insufficient due to a high mortality among chicks
